About Mark Fagan, REALTOR®

With over 15 years of experience in real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully navigate the market across Conception Bay South and the surrounding areas. Since joining Century 21 Seller’s Choice in 2013, I’ve built my business on trust, strong local knowledge, and a commitment to putting my clients first.

Having lived in Conception Bay South my entire life, I know this community inside and out—from the best neighbourhoods and school zones to the hidden gems that make this area such a great place to call home. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I take pride in providing honest advice and creating a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

I specialize in new construction, resale homes, multi-unit properties, and working with first-time buyers to help them confidently enter the market. In today’s fast-paced real estate environment, having the right strategy and guidance is more important than ever—and that’s exactly what I deliver.

Family & Community

Family is everything to me. My wife Susan and I are raising our two amazing kids, Owen and Olivia, along with our two Cocker Spaniels, Molly and Lucy, who keep things fun and busy at home.

 

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll find me deeply involved in our community. I volunteer with our local school through the school council and breakfast program, and I spend a lot of time coaching the sports my kids are involved in. Coaching is something I’m truly passionate about. Growing up through hockey and softball taught me so much—not just about sport, but about teamwork, commitment, and friendships. Many of my closest friends today are lifelong teammates, and I hope to help create those same experiences for the next generation.

A Passion for Conception Bay South

Conception Bay South—and Newfoundland as a whole—is more than just where I live, it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I’m proud to have spent my entire life here, and giving back to the community that shaped me is incredibly important.

 

Whether it’s volunteering at local festivals, supporting seniors events, or serving as a board member with the Conception Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, I’m always looking for ways to help our community grow and thrive. I’m also proud to serve as the Chair of the CBS Sports Hall of Fame Committee, recognizing and celebrating the athletes and builders who have helped shape our local sports community.

 

I take great pride in helping bring new families, businesses, and organizations into the area. Watching our community continue to grow while maintaining what makes it special is something I care deeply about—and I’m grateful to play a role in that every day.
